Warren Electric Inc. will handle electrical work for Trinity STEM Phase 1 at 4050 Westport Rd for owner Trinity High School Foundation Inc. The commercial electrical permit covers demolition and a full rewire—installing lighting, wiring, a 200-amp service with one meter, and a fire alarm system, with an estimated cost of $244,405. The project includes an overhead connection and a couple of extra inspections, so expect some construction activity while the upgrades are completed.
