960 Baxter Ave electrical permit issued
Danny Herron has pulled an electrical permit to install a new service and rewire the building at 960 Baxter Ave for owner Shamlight LLC. It’s a sizable commercial upgrade — an 800-amp service with five subpanels and five meters, overhead connection included, with a project value estimated at $230,000. The permit is issued and inspections are pending, so expect crews and some serious wiring work around the property soon.
