6010 Fern Valley Rd: Electrical permit issued for 200A/400A services and panels

Intertech Mechanical Services will install a new 200A single-phase meter and service on the existing pole at 6010 Fern Valley Rd for owner Taliaferro Properties LLC, with the project estimated at $122,874. The permit also adds 400A and 200A service disconnects to an existing new 1200A service and will install 400A and 200A three-phase panels fed from those disconnects. An off/on for the service that feeds the front office trailers is planned and will be scheduled later — basically a big electrical refresh for the site.
