2600 W BROADWAY Electrical permit issued for Unit 104 wiring for pharmacy
Benny Richardson is converting Unit 104 at 2600 W Broadway into a pharmacy and has pulled a commercial electrical permit to add 10 plugs. Urban West One owns the building and Gemini Electric is the licensed contractor; the rewire is estimated at $1,800, includes a 200-amp service and two meters, and the permit has been issued.
