5125 Oakwood Landings Ln issued electrical permit for 400A service for 14 units
S & J Electric Services LLC has been issued an electrical permit to install a new 400-amp service for Building 13 at 5125 Oakwood Landings Ln. The work will serve 14 units — 103–104, 201–204, 301–304 and 401–404 — plus a house meter for owner Interchange Properties Two LLC, with the project valued at an estimated $5,000. In plain terms, the building is getting an upgraded main feed and meter setup to better handle each unit’s power needs.
