S & J Electric Services LLC is installing a new 400 AMP service for Building 13 at 5123 Oakwood Landings Ln on behalf of owner Interchange Properties Two LLC. The issued electrical permit covers 14 units (103–104, 201–204, 301–304 and 401–404) with an estimated cost of $5,000, so it looks like a power-capacity upgrade for those apartments rather than a major renovation.
