7377 Leisure Ct Unit 101 issued electrical permit for 14-unit apartments wiring
Tony Manies of Manies Electric is handling the electrical work for a brand-new 14-unit apartment building at 7377 Leisure Ct, Unit 101. The commercial electrical permit covers complete wiring with a house meter — including 15 meters/subpanels and a 400-amp service — with the project estimated at $169,000, so this is a full electrical build-out rather than a quick fix.
