8133 Beulah Vista Way electrical permit issued for 4-unit apartment building
Blake & Co Electric has pulled an electrical permit to install service, perform rough‑in and finish work for a four‑unit apartment building at 8133 Beulah Vista Way for owner BC Townhomes LLC. The new commercial job calls for a 400‑amp service with five subpanels and five meters, estimated at $52,000, and the permit has been issued so electrical work should be getting underway soon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
