8048 Beulah Vista Way electrical permit issued for 8-unit apartment building
Blake & Co Electric is handling the electrical work for Building 8 at 8048 Beulah Vista Way, where BC Townhomes LLC is developing an eight-unit apartment. The commercial permit covers new service, rough‑in and finish work—600 amps, nine subpanels and eight meters—with the project estimated at $84,000, so each unit should get its own meter and service brought up to code.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
