8053 Beulah Vista Way electrical permit issued for 6-unit apartment building
Blake & Co Electric is handling the electrical work for Building 1 at 8053 Beulah Vista Way, installing a 600-amp service with seven subpanels and seven meters for a six-unit apartment building. The permit covers rough-in and finish work per code and mechanical demands for owner BC Townhomes LLC, with the project estimated at $65,000 and no overhead connection planned.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
