Baptist Healthcare System Inc. has pulled a low-voltage electrical permit for a new boiler install at 4000 Kresge Way. K & B Construction (licensed electrical contractor Jason King) is handling the work; the permit was issued on February 17, 2026, a $100 fee was recorded, and it remains active through February 17, 2027 — mostly behind-the-scenes work to keep the hospital warm and running.
