6770 Dixie Hwy electrical permit issued for temporary service

Wagner Electric has been issued a commercial electrical permit to install a temporary 200-amp pole and service for the Pleasure Ridge Park Firehouse renovation at 6770 Dixie Hwy. The temporary setup (one meter, one subpanel, overhead connection) is estimated at $5,000, was issued 02/16/2026, and runs through 02/16/2027 — basically short-term power to keep crews and equipment humming during the remodel.
