4500 Commerce Crossings Dr electrical permit for 400A panel and upgrades

Excel Services Inc is handling an electrical rewire at 4500 Commerce Crossings Dr for owner Commerce Investments LLC. The commercial permit covers a new 400 Amp, 480 Volt panel from the existing main switchboard, four transformers and six new panels from the existing main distribution panel, a UPS panel, new lighting and receptacles, power for rooftop units, exhaust and warehouse fans, cable tray for data cabling, and a new break room and office build-out — estimated at $1,770,512, so it’s a pretty big warehouse overhaul.
