New Directions Housing Corp has hired Midland Electric under a commercial electrical permit to install a new 1,200-amp, 120/208-volt, 3-phase service and all branch wiring for 36 single-bedroom apartments and common areas (including 37 meters and three subpanels), with a project value estimated at $530,000.
