Pro Tech Electrical Service is working for landlord WMB 2 LLC to add a new 600-amp, 120/208V electrical service at 7900 Shelbyville Rd in Oxmoor Mall (Stop 6) for incoming tenant Shake Shack. The landlord’s crew will install a new CT cabinet and disconnect while Shake Shack’s contractor handles the panel and wiring; Pro Tech will also install data cabling conduit with a pull string, with the project value estimated at $25,000.
