1201 W Chestnut St electrical permit issued for lights and 50A services
Delta Services LLC is installing new traffic lights at Chestnut and Central as part of the "9th St reimagined" work, then will demo the old signals and hook up new 50-amp electrical services. The work is happening at 1201 W Chestnut St and is filed as a commercial electrical rewire. The property is owned by HC Russell Neighborhood LP and the project is estimated at $116,608.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
