3500 Lees Ln electrical permit issued for 100 amp service
Danny Herron is installing a new 100‑amp service and a Spectrum distribution panel at 3500 Lees Ln for owner Laurel At The Woodlands LP. The commercial electrical permit has been issued for a single‑meter, new service (no overhead connection) with an estimated project cost of $1,100.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
