Steadfast Electric LLC has been issued an electrical permit to install a new service for Arden Oxmoor Building 1 at 8206 Arden Oxmoor Ln on behalf of owner Arden Oxmoor Apartments LLC. The project, estimated at $180,000, calls for a 1,600-amp service with one subpanel and 33 meters to serve 32 dwelling units — basically a full electrical upgrade for the apartment building.
