4509 ILLINOIS AVE: Electrical Permit issued for moving machine shop area
Meiners Electric has been issued a new commercial electrical permit to move the machine-shop area for D L D Properties LLC at 4509 Illinois Ave. The work is a new 200-amp setup with one meter and two subpanels, estimated at $25,000 — so it’s a substantial shop electrical rework rather than a quick outlet fix.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
