Mike Petty of Copper Line Electric has been issued an electrical permit for a tenant finish at 9510 Ormsby Station Rd, Suite 101, on behalf of owner Realco KY 001 LLC. The crew rewired the unit for a new tenant, installing a 200-amp service and one meter, with the project valued at an estimated $12,500.
