2000 Fern Valley Rd Electrical Permit issued for Ford LAP Bus Duct Install

Advanced Electrical Systems (AES) will install a massive Ford‑supplied bus duct system at 2000 Fern Valley Rd for Ford Motor Co. World Headquarters. The electrical permit for new work, with a project value estimated at $3,980,000, covers about 6,100 feet of bus duct plus 128 feet of feeder busway, a 1,600A feeder, dozens of center tap boxes, end closures, hundreds of indoor hangers and elbow fittings, a 480V feeder tie-in, and testing of eight existing breakers and one new substation breaker — AES will help off‑load and stage the busway, assuming Abel provides the operator to set materials in Ford’s designated area.
