S & J Electric Services LLC has been issued a commercial electrical permit to install a new 400-amp service for Building 12 at 5129 Oakwood Landings Ln. The work will power 14 apartment units (103–104, 201–204, 301–304 and 401–404) for owner Interchange Properties Two LLC, with the project cost estimated at $5,000. The permit was marked issued on 11/24/2025, so crews may be rolling in soon to tie everything together.
