4607 SHELBYVILLE RD Electrical permit issued for Veterinary ER Clinic remodel

Arrow Electric Company is handling the electrical rewire for a Veterinary ER Clinic at 4607 Shelbyville Rd. The owner, Sovereign Co The, has an issued electrical permit for a 400-amp service with one meter, estimated at $180,000 and marked issued on 11/20/2025 — sounds like a substantial commercial upgrade, not just a quick outlet swap.
