Bill Mudd Electric is pulling an electrical permit to wire the right side of Lower Hunters Trace Building 3 — a 12‑unit apartment — at 4326 Estate. The new electrical work for owner GKG Investments LLC calls for a 1,000‑amp service with 12 meters and is estimated at $30,000.
