1017 N DUPONT SQ electrical permit issued for lighting and wiring work
Laswell Electric Co. has an electrical permit to rewire the space at 1017 N Dupont Sq for owner Craig A. Mueller, with the job estimated at $1,000. The work includes installing 22 flat-panel 2x4 lights, demoing electrical from walls being removed, adding a switch to the bathroom exhaust fan, and installing a 3-way on the existing hall lights. The commercial permit is issued and active through 10/28/2026, so this looks like interior lighting and wiring updates rather than major exterior work.
