Bloomstone is turning 1118 Quality Choice Pl into a cannabis grow facility
Bloomstone is in the works at 1118 Quality Choice Place.
The plan is to turn that 17,500-square-foot warehouse into a commercial cannabis cultivation facility, with a big interior overhaul, new HVAC, new plumbing fixture, new lighting fixture, and a power upgrade, somewhere around $1.5 million worth.
It would also be split into two suites, with new addresses at 1118 Quality Choice and 1112 Quality Choice.
