Restrooms are getting a makeover at 850 Dixie Hwy
The Garneau Building at 850 Dixie Hwy is getting a first-floor restroom makeover, and this one’s not small. Brown Forman Corp has a Garneau Restroom Renovation in the works, with men’s, women’s, and single-user restrooms getting new finishes, plumbing, lighting, ventilation, and accessibility upgrades, plus piping, fire protection, and electrical and mechanical work.
It’s pegged at somewhere around $365,751. Not signed off yet, so this one is still in the works.
