A fire-damaged 8-plex at 2006 Goldsmith Ln is getting a $743,900 restoration.
The work is all repair, with water-damaged framing in the basement laundry and mechanical rooms getting fixed up, then insulation and drywall to bring the fire rating back. It stays within the same footprint, so this one is about putting the place back together, not making it bigger.
