2700 Chestnut Station Court building permit submitted for MARC Showroom fit-out
Midea America Corp has submitted a permit to turn a 3,175-square-foot corner of the precast concrete building at 2700 Chestnut Station Court into a MARC showroom.
The fit-out calls for new interior partitions, millwork and casework, interior finishes, and all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
One note: no certificate of occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies and certifies the landscaping.
