Miranda Construction LLC is handling a commercial alteration at 1200 Southwestern Pkwy for Louisville Metro Parks, with Rob Rhodes listed as the project lead to renovate the community room restrooms. The one-story, 1,300-square-foot space (occupant load 65) has an estimated cost of $400,000 and is submitted without an automatic sprinkler system.
