11313 Bold Forbes Blvd building permit filed for ADA unit updates (6 units)
Glen Hill Manor II Ltd has filed a commercial building permit to update ADA units at 11313 Bold Forbes Blvd, retrofitting six units so 5% of each unit type meets Type A accessibility to comply with HUD. Architect Vadim Kaplan of Studio A is listed on the plans for the two-story, 7,000-square-foot project, which carries an estimated cost of $725,000. In plain terms, it’s an accessibility makeover to bring the complex up to HUD standards.
