R & W General Contractors Inc is merging two studio apartments into a single 800-square-foot, two-bedroom unit at 142 Flirtation Walk for owner Desiree Construction Co Inc. The $35,000 project stays within the existing footprint and will remove select non-load-bearing walls, reconfigure the layout, and add drywall, plumbing, and electrical work in compliance with the 2018 KBC.
