529 Kentucky Ave building permit submitted for Warwick Park Phase 2-3 site work

Pace Contracting LLC is leading a big park makeover for the City of Saint Matthews at 529 Kentucky Ave, titled Warwick Park Phase 2 & 3. The commercial permit covers everything from demolition, grading, storm drainage and utilities to sidewalks, trails, a pedestrian bridge, playgrounds, a pavilion and restroom building, site lighting, landscaping and more, with an estimated cost of $3,997,985.
