3745 Lexington Rd building permit submitted for commercial tenant improvement

Woof Gang Louisville is moving into 3745 Lexington Rd with a commercial tenant improvement to create a 1,415-square-foot dog grooming facility (the property is owned by St Matthews Triangle LLC), and the plans make a point of saying there will be no overnight or onsite boarding. The roughly $164,500 project includes new interior walls, ceilings, floors and fixtures, upgrades to plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, a new accessible restroom, and an automatic sprinkler system; the existing storefront will remain and exterior signage will be handled under a separate permit.
