7003 BEACHLAND BEACH RD Building Permit Submitted for Hays Kennedy Restroom

Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government is renovating the restroom building at 7003 Beachland Beach Rd, a 3,307-square-foot, one-story facility. Licensed professional Liz Piper is overseeing selective demolition and a remodel to add family-style restrooms, a plumbing/electrical chase and storage, remove and rebuild a canopy with steel framing and a new concrete slab, replace the exterior slab, and upgrade the electrical service — the project is estimated at $675,000.
