7400 New La Grange Rd building permit application for Matrixcare renovation
Matrixcare is downsizing and renovating its suite at 7400 New La Grange Rd, with Noltemeyer Capital LLLP listed as the owner. Contractor Dean & Chipman Inc. will reconfigure a couple of non-load-bearing walls to reopen a common hallway, create an open leasable space, add new paint and flooring, and install a small breakroom with cabinetry in a project estimated at $75,000.
