1011 E Main Street building permit to expand walk-in cooler
Big Nita's Cheesecakes is expanding its walk-in cooler at 1011 E Main St. The commercial alteration is owned by Butcher Block Properties LLC and being handled by John Grieshaber of G & M Maintenance, covers about 225 sq ft and is estimated at $40,000. The permit notes it’s a one-story commercial project and does not require an automatic sprinkler system.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
