4288 SUMMIT PLAZA DR building permit submitted for commercial alteration

Bosse Construction Inc. is installing an acoustically engineered 6-inch metal-stud partition to create a soundproof demising wall for Space C16 at the Paddock Shops, 4288 Summit Plaza Dr, for owner Spus9 FB Paddock Prop LLC. The $81,250 commercial alteration is limited to that new wall and includes removing one layer of drywall, adding studs and insulation, relocating receptacles, installing new drywall, and adjusting the ceiling grid and select sprinkler heads to fit the partition.
