Centeno's General Construction (licensed pro Renata Centeno) is renovating the lobby and dining area at 9797 Blairwood Rd to convert the space into Toku Sushi, a modern Asian‑themed sushi restaurant. The $180,000 project for owner Jane Sherwood & Partners LLC includes new flooring, paint, cosmetic carpentry, updated light fixtures, and added plumbing for a bar sink, while the kitchen and restrooms will remain unchanged.
