7510 New La Grange Rd Building Permit to revise space for new tenant
BG Advance Mental Health is moving into a 2,200-square-foot commercial space at 7510 New La Grange Rd and has filed to revise the existing layout for a new tenant; the owner is S J Anderson LLC. Dean & Chipman Inc. will handle wall rework, new ceilings, paint, and flooring, with the project estimated at $75,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
