1015 DORSEY LN Building permit filed for Maryhurst Flaget interior renovation

Maryhurst Inc. is planning an interior renovation of the Flaget building at 1015 Dorsey Ln. The project will reconfigure the 5,270-square-foot space to add one new client room, two duty stations and medication rooms, and relocate existing rooms to improve visibility. Architect Mitchell Kertsing of Work Architecture is overseeing the design, and the renovation is estimated at $300,000.
