What Chefs Want is doing a tenant fit-up at 2055 Nelson Miller Pkwy in an existing warehouse owned by Platform Industrial Nelson Miller LLC, converting part of the space into large cooler/freezer units with two small offices and an additional restroom. The $6,000,000 project includes all new plumbing, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, some minor civil work for refrigeration equipment, and a note that landscaping must be certified by a Kentucky landscape architect before a certificate of occupancy is issued.
