1112 Quality Choice Pl building permit filed for interior tenant build-out

Darby Falls LLC is lining up a 7,173-square-foot interior tenant improvement at 1112 Quality Choice Place to convert space within the existing building into a cultivation facility. The roughly $3.5 million project covers interior cultivation rooms and support spaces, insulated wall and ceiling panels, HVAC and dehumidification, electrical and grow-light upgrades, CO2 coordination, trench drains and concrete repairs, plus a tied-in automatic sprinkler and other fire-life-safety work — with no change to the building footprint planned.
