9920 Corporate Campus Dr Building Permit issued for interior office renovation

Fenley Office Manager LLC is reworking an existing office at 9920 Corporate Campus Dr—demoing a couple of non-bearing partitions to carve out a few new offices and enlarging the break room, with the rest of the work largely cosmetic. GM Building Services (project led by Brian Hebel) is overseeing the interior renovation, estimated at $20,000, with no new plumbing planned, possible sprinkler adjustments to meet NFPA 13, and the space to be made handicap accessible under Chapter 11 and built to 2015 IBC/2018 KBC standards.
