325 Baxter Ave Building Permit applied for commercial alteration
Joe Dalton has filed a commercial alteration for a first-floor office renovation at 325 Baxter Ave for owner HOTI Realty LLC. The plan reshuffles existing offices to add a conference room and six new offices, installs metal studs, drywall and doors, and updates mechanical and electrical systems, with a project value estimated at $155,693.05; no exterior or site work is planned.
