ISCO is planning to outfit an empty warehouse with new pallet racking at 7000 Transport Ct; Cardinal Carryor Inc is listed as the contractor and the building is owned by TJ Mark LLC. The work covers a 100,000-sq-ft space (occupant load 100) with an estimated project value of $488,850, and while the building already has sprinklers rated for storage at this elevation, sprinkler work isn’t included in this permit.
