11400 Main Street 102 applied for a building permit to renovate a fitness studio
Miranda Construction LLC is planning to renovate an existing tenant space at 11400 Main St, Suite 102 to create FS8 Studio, a 2,674-square-foot fitness studio in Blankenbaker Plaza. The project is mostly minor finishes and interior updates, estimated at $200,000 with an occupant load of 27, and will include ADA/ANSI accessibility upgrades where required. Owner Blankenbaker Plaza LLC is listed on the permit, so looks like a new neighborhood workout spot in Middletown soon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
