Arvato USA LLC is planning a new three-story office build-out inside the existing shell at 3101 Shadeswood Ave as Phase II of the conversion, with a project value estimated at $285,324. ATA Beilharz Architects (Robert Humason) is on the plans; the build includes an automatic sprinkler system and an occupant load of about 1,045, and the permitting office notes this was submitted as a new permit rather than an engineering change.
