AFL Autism Services is taking over the space formerly occupied by Kids Spot Center Mental Health Clinic and has filed a commercial alteration for 10019 Forest Green Blvd. The owner, HYIF Forest Green LLC, lists G & M Maintenance with licensed professional John Grieshaber on the project, which covers about 9,983 sq ft with an occupant load of 99. The work is estimated at $75,000, and an automatic sprinkler system is required and will be provided.
