12607 Shelbyville Rd building permit submitted for Kroger L-365L remodel
Kroger L-365L is planning an interior refresh at 12607 Shelbyville Rd — removing and relocating fixtures, adding (yes, really) a wine tasting classroom, and replacing the front entrance doors, with the project estimated at $200,000. The property is owned by BRE Retail Residual Owner 1 LLC and the plans were submitted by architect John Hughes of Capstone Project Services.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
